Immerse yourself in the calming rhythms of water through this guided, sensory experience inspired by Blue Mind. Join us on a semi-private lake to slow down, unplug, and reconnect with nature. This practice is designed to reduce stress, calm our mind, support creativity, and spark a sense of wonder.
Did you know that being near, in, on, or under water can make you happier, healthier, more connected, and even more effective in your daily life?
This is the essence of Blue Mind, a concept introduced by marine biologist Wallace J. Nichols and the inspiration behind this experience.
Research shows that time spent with water supports our cognitive, emotional, physical, and social well-being. It can calm the nervous system, reduce stress, enhance creativity, and invite a sense of awe and wonder that deepens connection and resilience.
Join us for a guided experience by the water — a chance to unplug, slow down, and be gently immersed in the rhythms of the lake. Through simple, sensory invitations, you’ll reconnect with nature, yourself, and the restorative power of water.
Certified Nature Therapy Guide & Trainer, Claire Beach will guide a 3 hour experience on a semi private lake that ends with a light snack and tea. Bring your own paddle board or get a rental with our 'Wild Edge' discount thanks to Frontenac Outfitters for only $25!
