If we include some meditation in our life, we can gradually begin to control our unpleasant thoughts and emotions, regardless of the external circumstances.
More Information (Kingston Daily is not responsible for external websites)
We need something reliable to turn to when we start to feel unhappy, depressed, or anxious. Many things can help us for a short while, but if we include some meditation in our life, we can gradually begin to control our unpleasant thoughts and emotions, regardless of the external circumstances. Meditation is a “tried and true” pathway to both temporary and lasting happiness. In these classes, we will learn how this ancient technique not only reduces daily stress, but can transform our mind so that positive feelings become more frequent. With Buddhist nun and Resident Teacher Gen Chöyang.
These classes are suitable for both beginners and more experienced meditators. Classes are self-contained, so feel free to drop in at any point in the month. Everyone is welcome!
