STUFF TO DO
Today: The Kingston Wellness Lounge hosts the next session in their Yoga, Breath & Meditation Series today (Monday) from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. This beginner-friendly session explores yoga movement, poses, and body awareness. All levels are welcome for this 12-week series.
Today: Today (Monday) from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., the Central Branch of the Kingston Frontenac Public Library hosts the Friends of the Library Gather & Create Space. Drop in to knit, sew, Cricut, or craft with local makers. All materials and equipment are first-come, first-served.
Tomorrow: The Kingston Public Market, Ontario’s oldest market, has served the community since 1801. Located behind City Hall in historic downtown Kingston, it operates Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., offering food and local goods.
