Program helps those who need it most
The city is reminded residents that their Municipal Fee Assistance Program provides access to City programs and services for free or at a lower cost.
Its all confidential and the program is income-based. You only need to apply once to MFAP to access the discounts. The city provides funding on a first-come, first-served basis until the yearly budget is reached.
The program allows users to take advantage of the city's offerings like swimming, taking in a show at the Kingston Grand Theatre, touring the PumpHouse Museum and riding Kingston Transit.
