Kingston Police seek suspects in ATM fraud

Pair targeted elderly woman

Kingston Police are searching for two suspects involved in an ATM fraud targeting an elderly woman on July 11, 2024. The incident began at a financial institution at the Kingston Center, where the suspects observed the woman entering her PIN at the ATM. After obtaining her PIN, the suspects followed her to a nearby grocery store.

Sometime between leaving the bank and returning home, the woman’s wallet was stolen. The suspects then used her debit card to withdraw a large sum of money and made additional charges on her other cards.

The suspects include a middle-aged woman with brown hair in a bun, wearing a black and white sweater, and a middle-aged man with a beard, wearing a dark ball cap and grey sweatpants.
