Kingston Police are requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing teenager.
15-year-old Sheldon Higginson was last seen yesterday (Mar 11) at 8:00 a.m. in the area of Portsmouth Avenue and Elmwood Street.
Higginson is described as 5’6, 110lbs, with a fair-freckled complexion and brown curly hair with blue - green eyes. Higginson may be wearing a hoodie with sweatpants and a black/grey winter jacket.
Anyone with information regarding Higginson’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Kingston Police at 613-549-4660 ext. “0”.
