Kingston wants your input to improve accessibility

Have your say!

The City of Kingston is updating its Multi-Year Accessibility Plan and is asking residents to share their ideas to help remove barriers.

The plan, required by the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, guides improvements to City facilities, services, and public spaces. It does not cover private properties or businesses.

The current plan ends in 2025, and the City is reviewing its progress while setting new goals.

Residents, especially individuals with disabilities, are encouraged to participate in the first phase of public engagement, running until March 9.

Feedback can be provided through an online survey, one-on-one interviews, mail, or phone. The City is committed to making the engagement process accessible for everyone.
