Sending out condolences and thanks

The United Way of Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox and Addington (KFLA) has expressed its condolences following Thursday's attack near the Integrated Care Hub (ICH) in Kingston. 

The organization sent out thoughts to everyone affected and thanked the staff at the ICH for their efforts during the difficult situation.

United Way KFLA also praised Kingston Police and paramedics for their role in peacefully apprehending the suspect involved in the incident.

The organization emphasized its commitment to advocating for a thorough review of the ICH. The goal is to ensure the most vulnerable members of the community, particularly those dealing with mental health and addiction issues, receive the support they need.
