The Kingston 48

Here's what's going on!

STUFF TO DO

Today: The Kingston Public Market returns today, offering fresh food, local finds and plenty of community spirit in historic Market Square. Ontario’s oldest market has brought residents together since 1801. Visit behind City Hall from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Tomorrow: Kingston Frontenac Public Library’s Technology Tutors program offers one-on-one help with phones, e-readers, computers, internet basics and digital resources.

Tomorrow: Slow down and reconnect with nature at the Midday Sit Spot Club, a guided weekly outdoor mindfulness practice at Lake Ontario Park. Join nature therapy guide Claire Beach Wednesdays in September for sensory activities designed to relax, reset and restore.

Local Sports:

In recreational sports, plenty of open spots for a variety of sessions throughout the day
