STUFF TO DO
Today: Older adults can enjoy a morning of cards, board games, exercise, educational workshops and more during Older Adults Day at Rideau Heights Community Centre. The weekly event takes place today, from 10 a.m. to noon. Breakfast is included.
Today: Visitors can dive into the world of fish farming at the Great Lakes Museum's new temporary exhibit, Aquaculture: Farming the Waters. The interactive experience explores how Canadians farm the waters through hands-on displays and multimedia activities.
Tomorrow: More than 40 Kingston women artists will showcase their work in Pay Attention!, the annual OKWA exhibition at the Tett Centre. The free exhibit starts tomorrow and runs until Oct. 4, featuring art inspired by personal, political, environmental and aesthetic concerns.
Tomorrow: Preschoolers ages 2.5 to 5 and their caregivers can explore nature through hands-on activities during Fall Forest School at Little Cataraqui Creek Conservation Area. Starting tomorrow, the program offers outdoor learning, seasonal discoveries and immersive experiences every Tuesday morning.

The Kingston Frontenacs kicked off their first home game yesterday against Ottawa. Their next game day is this Friday against Sarnia.
Meanwhile, the Queens Gaels next game day is Saturday home to Ottawa.
In recreational sports, plenty of open spots for a variety of sessions throughout the day
