ELEVATE her., a premiere wellness and empowerment event, is coming to Kingston, offering a full day of connection, inspiration, and personal growth. The event is designed to uplift women and gender-diverse individuals through expert-led sessions, meaningful conversations, and purposeful networking.
The event supports Dress for Success Kingston, an organization that has helped more than 3,500 individuals since 2013. Dress for Success provides mentorship, professional attire, and programs to help participants gain confidence, financial independence, and skills to support their families and communities.
Attendees can expect storytelling, personal growth workshops, and intentional community-building activities throughout the day. Organizers aim to create a space where participants leave motivated, inspired, and better connected. We spoke to Event Host, Megan Hamilton for more.

The Toronto-born journalist, author and broadcaster co-created and hosted Fashion Television for 27 years, bringing global style to Canadian screens. She is a member of the Order of Canada, a published memoirist, and continues to inspire through speaking, writing and broadcasting.
