STUFF TO DO

Today: The Museum of Health Care in Kingston will host They are Loved – an epidemic of grief. The textile installation by Métis artist Tracey-Mae Chambers explores addiction, grief and reconciliation through donated clothing.

Today: Wild Bobbin and Kulab Community host an upcycling workshop on Sept. 22, 6–9 p.m., at 182 Wellington St. Participants can refresh clothing, learn fabric painting, embroidery, stamping, and enjoy drinks, treats, and hands-on maker stations.

Tomorrow: The Community Gallery at Tett Centre hosts Seeing Ourselves, featuring portraits by Kingston women artists, from Sept. 23 to Oct. 5. Free admission allows visitors to explore self-expression, identity, and creativity in a diverse annual members’ show.

Local Sports: 

The GKSSA have one game tonight at 6:30pm. The Tekenos-Levy Law take on Grizzly Grill.

The Frontenacs had their opening game on Friday the 19th.

Their next game day will be this Friday the 26th.
