Here's what's going on!

STUFF TO DO

Today: A Pre-Remembrance Day ceremony will take place at the military plot in Cataraqui Cemetery today from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Veterans and students will honour fallen soldiers, with volunteers invited to place flags on graves beforehand.

Today: Meditation classes at The Spire in Kingston from Nov. 10 to 24, Mondays from 7 to 8:30 p.m. The sessions explore Buddhist teachings on love, compassion and emotional healing. Open to all experience levels.

Tomorrow: Canadian Forces Base Kingston will hold two Remembrance Day ceremonies tomorrow, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the RCEME Memorial and Vimy Gate. Expect traffic delays and road closures along Highway 2 and Princess Mary Avenue during the events honouring Canada’s Armed Forces. 

Local Sports: 

The Frontenacs next game day is this Wednesday against Ottawa at the Canadian Tire Centre.

They will play again Friday at the Slush Puppie Place against Niagara!

In OUA action, for the Queen's basketball teams, the men and women are to play the Laurentian Voyageurs in Sudbury on Friday.

For hockey, the Queen's women's team take on the York Lions this Friday and on Saturday they battle the Western Mustangs.

The men's team will play the Ontario Ridgebacks in Oshawa on Friday and the UQTR Patriotes Sunday!

In PJHL action, the Napanee Raiders take on Lakefield!

And the Amherstview Jets battle Trent Hills!
