Today: The Fresh Food Market Pop-Up comes to St. Lawrence College today from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Shoppers can find affordable, locally sourced produce and healthy prepared meals.
Tomorrow: JUNO Award-winning blues-rock artist Steve Strongman returns to Kingston Grand Theatre for an electrifying night of music. Strongman brings his mix of acoustic and electric blues to the stage with his veteran band.

The Frontenacs game day is tonight against Ottawa at the Canadian Tire Centre!
They will play again Friday at the Slush Puppie Place against Niagara!
In OUA action, for the Queen's basketball teams, the men and women are to play the Laurentian Voyageurs in Sudbury on Friday.
For hockey, the Queen's women's team take on the York Lions this Friday and on Saturday they battle the Western Mustangs.
The men's team will play the Ontario Ridgebacks in Oshawa on Friday and the UQTR Patriotes Sunday!
In PJHL action, the Napanee Raiders take on Lakefield!
And the Amherstview Jets battle Trent Hills!
