STUFF TO DO
Today: Explore the mysterious 1885 sinking of the paddle steamer Waubuno at Kingston’s Great Lakes Museum today 10:30–11:30 a.m. The Lifelong Learning Club presents Ernest Taylor’s mural, “Wreck of the Waubuno.”
Today: Beginner-friendly swing dancing lessons take place today, 7–10 p.m. at The Spire. Instructors guide participants through a 60-minute class, followed by social dancing. Drop-in fees: $5 students, $10 non-students.
Tomorrow: Kingston Public Market opens tomorrow, 8:30 a.m.–4 p.m. at Market Square. Ontario’s oldest market, operating since 1801, offers fresh food, local goods, and a sense of community in Kingston’s historic downtown behind City Hall.
