Today: Kingston’s Springer Market Square hosts free Games in the Square every Wednesday. From giant Snakes & Ladders to chess, Connect 4, cornhole and UNO, there’s something for everyone. Bring friends, bring a favourite game and enjoy some midweek fun. Tonight is the last Wednesday until next summer!
Today: The Frontenac Community Band brings free live big-band music to Kingston’s Springer Market Square tonight from 7 to 8 p.m. as part of Downtown Kingston’s Live 365 Summer Music Series. Residents can enjoy an evening of toe-tapping tunes under the summer sky.
Tomorrow: My Broadcasting Corporation hosts its annual All Hands-on Deck Food Drive for Partners in Mission Food Bank tomorrow from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Donations will be collected at four Kingston-area grocery locations. Shoppers are encouraged to donate if they can.
Tomorrow: Kingston’s Springer Market Square once again becomes an outdoor cinema tomorrow with a free screening of Wreck-It Ralph. The movie starts at dusk. Bring blankets or lawn chairs, gather friends and family, and enjoy a movie under the stars.
