The Community Foundation Kingston & Area are in a giving mood this spring.
More than $387,000 in grant funding is going to 29 local projects in the 2025 spring allocation.
In a news release, the amount is the highest ever in the spring and second-largest since the program's inception in 1995.
Kingston Home Base Housing, South East Health Unit, and People's Theatre Kingston each received the most funding at $25,000.
Other recipients include: BGC South East, CNIB, and Limestone District School Board.
The foundation goes on to say that the funding reflects their strategic commitment to advance equity, spark resilience, and drive meaningful community impact, not just today, but for years to come.
