
City officials warn that not receiving a bill will not excuse missed payments or late penalties.
Residents are being urged to avoid mailing payments or important documents as Canada Post workers began a national strike on Sept. 25.
The City of Kingston says all mail and parcels will be halted during the job action, which is being led by the Canadian Union of Postal Workers. Some post offices are closed, and no new mail is being accepted.

Payments for parking tickets, fines, recreation programs, pet licenses and more can be made online at CityofKingston.ca/Pay. In-person payments can be made at City Hall, 362 Montreal Street or 1211 John Counter Boulevard.
Utilities Kingston customers are encouraged to register for the MyUtilities portal to view and pay bills digitally. Property owners can access tax information through MyKingston.ca.
