Police received reports about a vehicle with a trailer driving erratically on Sunday.
A driver is facing a number of charges including dangerous driving after a two-vehicle collision in Kingston.
Investigators with Kingston Police say they received reports about a vehicle with a trailer attached to it being driven in an erratic manner near the intersection of Bath Rd. and Portsmouth Ave. around 11:45 am Sunday.
The vehicle was located near Johnston St. and Gibson Ave. later that day at around 12:15 pm.
Investigators say the vehicle was being driven at a high rate of speed, striking a vehicle and nearly hitting other vehicles and pedestrians along the way.
They managed to locate and arrest the driver of the vehicle.
The 68-year-old is out with a future court date.
