The fair gave the public a chance to meet local officers in a relaxed setting and learn more about policing in Kingston.
Families from across the city turned out Saturday for Kingston Police’s annual Community Fun Fair, held at police headquarters.
The free event, open to all, ran from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and featured BBQ hotdogs, face painting, bouncy castles, a kids’ obstacle course, and mini cars.
Crowds gathered to watch drone flights and live demonstrations by the K-9 unit and other specialty teams.
