Original Article: Kingston Police are asking for the public's help in locating a missing person.
28-year-old Joey, who also goes by the name Luna, was last seen Wednesday around 6:15 am in the area of Baysview Pl. and Queen Mary Blvd.
Joey was last seen wearing a black toque, khaki colored jacket and pants with black boots carrying a black backpack with a ‘Lilo and Stitch’ decoration on it.
Investigators say Joey may be in distress and are concerned for his well being.
