A resident was struck by a white sedan going south on Welborne Ave. the afternoon of Oct. 5.
Kingston Police are looking for a vehicle that was involved in a hit and run.
Back on Oct. 5, a white sedan was driving south on Welborne Ave. around 1:30 pm when it struck a man who was operating a lawn mower at the curb.
Investigators say the vehicle did not stop and continued south on Welborne before going east on Front Rd.
They say the 65-year-old resident suffered injuries to the lower extremities and was taken to hospital for treatment.
Investigators are seeking surveillance footage from security or dashboard cameras along Welborne, Front, Chelsea Rd., Glen Castle Rd., and Henderson Rd. that may have caught the suspect vehicle that day.
They are also asking residents who may have witnessed similar vehicles speeding or driving aggressively to report these incidents to Kingston Police at 613-549-4660.
