OPP urges caution amidst surge in motorcycle fatalities
The East Region OPP urges all drivers to prevent road tragedies after multiple fatal motorcycle crashes in eastern Ontario, raising the death toll to 11 this year.
While motorcyclists are often blamed, many accidents are caused by car and truck drivers due to speeding, unsafe passing, or loss of control.
The OPP will be out conducting aircraft enforcement and patrols this week to ensure everyone stays safe.
