38-year-old Victoria was last seen Tuesday.
Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a woman who has been reported missing.
Victoria, 38, was last in contact with her family some time ago, and Kingston Police say her loved ones are concerned after not hearing from her. She was officially reported missing on September 30, 2025.
Victoria is described as a Caucasian female, five-foot-four and about 110 pounds. She has brown eyes, a fair complexion and long light brown hair, though police note she may have dyed it another colour.
Investigators believe she could be in the Kingston, Belleville or Quinte West regions.
Anyone with information about Victoria’s location is asked to contact Kingston Police at 613-549-4600, ext. 0. Tips can also be shared anonymously by calling the general police line at 613-549-4660, ext. 0, and requesting to remain anonymous.
Police are urging anyone with details, no matter how small, to come forward.
