Investigators say someone was captured on video using a bank card left behind to withdrawal money.
Kingston Police are looking to identify a suspect who stole money from an ATM machine.
Investigators say someone went to a bank in the Kingston Centre back on Oct. 1 to withdrawal cash from their account.
They say the victim accidently left the bank card behind at the ATM.
Investigators say the person standing behind the victim took the card and used it to withdrawal $1,000 from the account.
They say the suspect is a woman, middle-aged, wearing black oversized sunglasses and a Philadelphia Phillies cap.
