Popular gift card program now available on phones

Downtown Kingston BIA recently announced the launch of the digital version of the program

Downtown Kingston BIA is taking their gift card program and putting it on phones.

They announced the launch of the digital version of the popular program.

In a news release, the digital gift card is in response to the growing demand for convenient and contactless payment options.

The BIA says it offers a seamless way for people to explore and support local businesses in Kingston's vibrant downtown core.

The new digital card will be accepted at over 140 participating merchants.
