No burn ban in Frontenac Islands, others have a partial ban, Kingston's ban remains in place.
Several municipalities have upgraded their burn bans.
Fire officials have cited the recent cooler weather and the amount of precipitation over the last few days as the reasons for the change.
The Township of Frontenac Islands have lifted a total ban on fires meaning open-air burning can resume.
South Frontenac Township is now under a Level 1 burn ban which means no open air burning except for cooking and campfires.
Loyalist Township and Greater Napanee have also downgraded from a total ban to a partial ban.
The City of Kingston still has a total burn ban in place.
