The fire occurred during the early morning hours of Sept. 30 in the Montreal-Queen area.
Kingston Police are looking for a man in connection to an arson investigation in the downtown.
Investigators say a man was seen on surveillance video in the area of Montreal St. and Queen St. on Sept. 30.
They say the fire was set around 5:15 a.m.
No word on any damage to property as a result of the fire.
The suspect is described as white with black hair and a short black beard. He was last seen pulling a black canvas wagon.
Anyone with information on the suspect is asked to contact Kingston Police at 613-549-4660, Ext. 0.
