It happened Sunday afternoon along a stretch of Highway 7 in Central Frontenac.
Taking out the trash apparently has led to motor vehicle charges.
Frontenac OPP were called to a section of Highway 7 near Arden Rd. in Central Frontenac Sunday afternoon.
Investigators say the driver of a vehicle reported that some garbage fell from a pick-up truck and struck the vehicle causing significant damage.
They say another driver claimed that his vehicle suffered minor damage after debris fell from the same pick-up truck.
It was later located parked at the side of the road.
A 71-year-old from Arden was charged with having an unsecured load.
